About Us
Onboard was co-founded by Alex Andreyev and Manny Hernandez who met at Neo@Ogilvy in 2012. Alex built the first in-house programmatic team at Neo and Manny was an early team member who helped incubate the practice. Consistently one step ahead, their group was providing in-house services while holding companies were standing up trading desks. They pivoted to embedding programmatic talent directly into media teams when holding companies were attempting transitions to an in-agency structure, and they began cross-training team members across biddable channels when holding companies were trying to place talent into dedicated client teams.
Meet the Team

Alex Andreyev
has 10+ years of hands-on experience in leading the data, analytics & programmatic teams for Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Sara Lee, Este Lauder, Darden, IBM, and AMEX within top holding groups and agencies. Alex is also a former adjunct professor of digital marketing at The King's College, developing his own 14 weeks, accredited curriculum for the ever-developing and changing digital landscape. Alex's students and teams have gone on to have successful careers within digital marketing and advertising.

Manny Hernandez
has led biddable media buying teams within WPP (Essence, Neo@Ogilvy), Publicis (Digitas), and Omnicom (Hearts & Science), covering clients including Google, Universal Pictures, T-Mobile, Target, AT&T, American Express, IBM, Showtime, UPS, Aetna. He has experience building programmatic teams from scratch, as well as managing cross-channel buying teams as large as 125 people.
